The Story Behind the Yoga Say T-Shirt 💛

This special Yoga Say T-shirt was born out of friendship, creativity, and a little laughter.
My dear friend and artist Katharina Wenk designed it as a gift , inspired by our shared love of yoga, art, and connection. Together with Isa they dreamed up the slogan — a playful symbol of the spirit that flows through Yoga Say: heart, presence, and joy.

The sun and its golden rays in the design were chosen by Katharina as a symbol of warmth, vitality, and light — the same light I hope to share with the world through my teaching and touch.

Made from 100% organic cotton, each shirt is soft, natural, and made to order — just like our practice, full of intention and care.

Who knew we’d be creating a little Yoga Say fan club along the way? 😉
